Every approved Ambassador receives a unique referral link to share with the teachers who follow them. Eligible purchases attributed to your link appear in your EduTrack affiliate dashboard.
Our Commission Model
We believe in giving back to our community. That’s why our commission model is designed to reward you generously:
Bronze Tier
Earn $30 per eligible sale
Eligible sales 1–9 earn a $30 commission each.
Silver Tier
Earn $40 per eligible sale
Eligible sales 10–29 earn a $40 commission each.
Gold Tier
Earn $50 per eligible sale
Eligible sales 30 and above earn a $50 commission each.

What tracking system do you use?
EduTrack uses its own first-party referral records to track visits and eligible sales attributed to your link.
How long do the cookies last?
Our signed referral cookie lasts for 60 days. A qualifying first paid purchase made within that window can create one pending commission, subject to the no-self-referral, one-commission, 37-day active-account, refund or chargeback, and other Affiliate Agreement rules.
When are payouts made?
Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first week of the following month.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
The minimum payout threshold is $100, ensuring that you receive a meaningful payment once your earnings hit this level.
What payment methods are available?
We offer direct bank transfer, PayPal, and check – choose the method that works best for you.
How do I access my earnings dashboard?
After approval, you’ll have access to your personal EduTrack affiliate dashboard, where you can monitor attributed sales and commissions.
Do you provide promotional materials?
Promotional guidance or materials may be supplied separately by the EduTrack team. Approved Ambassadors can use the Contact Us page to ask what is currently available.
Is there any cost to join the Ambassador Program?
No, joining our Ambassador Program is completely free. Just sign up and start sharing your referral link after approval.
